How much Bandwidth does gaming/streaming/web browsing usually take? - how much gb does streaming use

I currently use an unlimited connection Aliant 1.5 megabits, but in my ISP Aliant offers a higher speed in my area.

The best choice of ISP, which I know are Rogers and Bell (Telus is more expensive), but there is a limit of 100 GB ($) 1/GB later. I live in New Brunswick, Canada, so if you know of another ISP, please share your name. : D

I have no idea how much bandwidth I use to surf the Internet, games and video streaming or with my PS3.

Someone wants to help me an idea of how a person normally used with these online activities? I do not know how I will get 100GB.

It would provide the same amount as my current setup with the cost of their Aliant 5 / 7Megabit connections.
